The certification was granted through an independent certifying authority.International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9000 is a family of standards for quality management systems. ISO 9001:2008 is the latest and most comprehensive program in the ISO family of standards, covering research, design, building, shipping and product installation and solutions. Some of the requirements in ISO 9001:2008 include: - Key business procedures and processes;
